The Drinking Experience
This complex and layered spirit begins sweet and honey-like on the nose, followed by an explosion of cake spice, malt and anise. Velvety and dry, with a warm depth balanced off by green, menthol and fresh spice notes for a moreish tasting experience.

30mL Auld Usquebaugh
30mL Applejack
10mL Sweet Vermouth
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Build over ice in a mixing glass, stir well and strain into a coupete or martini glass.
Garnish with a cherry and orange zest.

15mL American Vermouth
20mL Fresh Lemon Juice
10mL Aquafaba or
20mL Egg White
Dash of orange bitters
Mix spirits in a shaker, and hard dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice and wet shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupete.
Garnish foam with crumbled freeze dried beetroot & a sprinkle of turmeric.

Build over ice in a mixing glass, stir well and strain into whisky tumbler over a block of ice. Garnish with a smoking gun.
